Name: Hannah Flynn
Position at Castel: Company Administrator
University/College: University College, Cork
What is your area of expertise within ELT? Visa processing and immigration issues.
What do you like to do in your free time? I do some volunteering, in particularly with Kerry Autism Action and the Brosna Defibrillator Group. I like going to Zumba and Piloxing classes. I also enjoy reading (massive Nora Roberts/JD Robb fan!) and adding to my huge collection of postcards.
If you could live in any country in the world, which one would it be? Why? I have lived in Belgium and while I did love it there, I don’t think I would go back. I think New Zealand – I was there recently on honeymoon and loved it. The scenery is spectacular and the people are lovely. It is very like Ireland.
What do you love most about your job? Everything! I think I’m lucky in that I am one of those people who genuinely love their work and what they do! It is never boring and each day brings a new challenge. I like helping and meeting new people which is great as I am continuously meeting new doctors on the Fellowship and Residency Programmes. There is nothing as satisfying as seeing another one of our postgraduate doctors happily settling into life in Ireland.
What is your favourite English word? Actually. Apparently I use it a lot and not always in a good way.
